I was contacted by a journalist asking for an interview regarding Slender Man. I want to assume this person means well, but after the demonization of Slender Man in the media following Waukesha Wisconsin, please do not answer any questions and simply point this person elsewhere.
Her page says she's published her stuff to Polygon and Vice...that alone is creating some red flags, to me. I hope I'm wrong, and she actually means well, but I think the way you handled it was the best way to go about it.

I think everything's been good, though Fob has been suspicious of one user (you can talk to her about that), and I had to change the protection on the Slenderman wiki
hey in the arg page since im not allowed to edit it could you change the part next to "MyDarkJournal" it says: (New video entitled "easier said than done") which isnt true. also if possible allow people to edit there cuz some stuff needs updating. thanks for reading
I'm afraid this page is protected for a reason. Pages like this are usually prone to heavy amounts of vandalism. However, it would appear you are correct in stating the video is no longer new, so I will update that. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

So, As you can see in the posted thread, someone asked me questions, I answered, and they seemed to get offended, offhandedly assuming I didn't like them.
After this, I know we had that one thread on your wall, Pyro, which they removed
Afterwards, this user tried to remove the thread on my wall, which I reversed as I only remove threads once deemed unnecessary. Figuring they'd get the message, I restored it and left a close message to make it clear, and minutes later they deleted it again (along with asking me to fix the Charlie Matheson Jr page which wasn't blocked so they could have). I banned them for 24 hours, so just be aware.
They tried to remove the thread on mine, so I restored and closed it for record keeping. From what you're saying, I have a bad feeling about this user.
please dont get mad but maybe you guys should redo the front page video its abit amatuer, and the person sounds and feels abit too aggressive (no offense of course), so thats why i think someone should redo it.
How about no. I made that video, and I purposefully acted exasperated and aggressive in the video to get the point acrossed about how sick we were of constantly having to correct people.
No thank you, I spent a lot of time on mine, and if I do decide to change it, I have better recording technology than I had at the time, as evidenced here
Also @Fobarimperius, there is a channel on youtube called OneHundredYardStare with 1.2k subs and the "Anti-Body" (along with the channel itself) that was on the proxies page wasnt made up it just didnt have its own page
I know it wasn't made up, but the thing about this wiki is that we only catalogue the popular ones here. We have a subsidiary wiki for lesser known series.
