Hylo is an independent horror film from 2012 based on the Slender Man mythos. It is directed by Carman Spoto and stars Shannon Maria Jones, Bert Archer, Leonard Dozier and Katie Dougherty. Unlike many Slenderman films, this one is a commercial release.
Plot
Psychologist, Laura Maters (Shannon Maria Jones) is trying to help a mental patient named David Cassius (Bert Archer) who is suffering from Hylophobia (fear of the forest) and claims that he's being stalked by a man in a suit. Meanwhile, Laura is taking care of the patient's daughter Katie (Katie Dougherty) but soon after, Laura starts getting stalked by the man in the suit herself.
